1. Booking & Appointments
When you book an appointment through our website, you are reserving a specific time slot with a barber. By completing a booking, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
- Provide accurate contact information
- Pay any required deposit at the time of booking
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
- Deposits are collected securely through Square
- The deposit amount varies by service and will be shown before you confirm your booking
- Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows (see Cancellation Policy below)
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24+ hours before appointment — Full deposit refund
- Less than 24 hours — Deposit is forfeited
- No-show — Deposit is forfeited and future bookings may require a deposit
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
4. Services
Service descriptions and prices listed on our website are accurate at the time of posting but may be updated without prior notice. Final pricing will always be confirmed before your appointment begins.
5. Conduct
We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all clients. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or threatening manner.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide excellent service, we are not liable for:
- Allergic reactions to products (please inform your barber of any allergies)
- Dissatisfaction with a haircut style that was requested and approved by the client
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

- Provide truthful and accurate information
